Staff Supervision
All professionals providing services for CSNN receive regular individual and group supervision, a key element to the sustainability and success of our programs. Staff meet weekly for supervision with a counselor who has extensive experience and advanced education and training in youth developement. They also have the opportunity once a month to meet with a group of colleagues, under the leadership of executive staff, who provide a peer level of support. As we are better able to meet the needs of our staff, they become better equipped to address the needs of families and children in the schools.
