ROBERT B. WEINSTEIN – President
Mr. Weinstein recently retired from a corporate communications career with a Fortune 100 Insurance/Financial Services Company. He has led all aspects of communications-advertising, promotions, marketing support, brand management, public relations, internal communications, and community affairs. He has served on the boards of several national marketing organizations. Currently Mr. Weinstein consults and provides marketing and management assistance to nonprofits in Westchester County, through the United Way’s ”Experienced Volunteer Executives and Professionals” program.
MIMI GRINKER
Ms. Grinker is a marketing and communications consultant who develops and implements marketing and communications strategies for local and national nonprofit organizations. Prior to starting her own business, she headed communications departments for major nonprofits, including Victim Services Agency, Planned Parenthood of New York City and Brookdale Hospital. Ms. Grinker earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MAT in English from Columbia University Teachers College, and an MS in Counseling from New York University. She has served on several nonprofit boards and was both a member of the New York City Commission on the Status of Women and on the executive committee of the National Commission on the Status of Women. She is married and has two sons and two grandchildren.
CHARLES RICHTER
Mr. Richter, is a retired lawyer who practiced in New York City, specializing in commercial litigation. He started his career with a large New York law firm and later co-founded his own firm. Before starting his firm, he was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York. Mr. Richter received his law degree from the University of Michigan where he also received a Masters Degree in Philosophy. He taught philosophy for one year at the University of Illinois and then returned to New York City, where he was raised, to practice law. Mr. Richter has been a member of both corporate and nonprofit Boards of Directors. For many years he was the president of One Stop Senior Services, a nonprofit organization that helps seniors in New York City.
LANCE BRILLIANTINE
Lance Brilliantine is the General Manager/Senior Consulting Partner at Nielsen-NeuroFocus, a publicly held company, where he oversees the neuro lab operation for the business, and provides consulting insight to neuro-science research to ensure business relevance for clients. Prior to joining NeuroFocus in May 2010 he was the Regional Practice Leader for Right Management, where he led the Northeast team of consultants in Talent Management consulting services. Previously he was a partner at Deloitte Consulting, Mexico and Director, Deloitte Consulting in New York. With over 25 years experience in consulting, business operations, organizational design/development, change, and building brands, Mr. Brilliantine has counseled organizations on how to improve their performance and results through strategic, structural, process, and human transformation. He is an entrepreneur with start-up experience over the last 30 years – building Human Capital consulting practices worldwide. Additionally, Mr. Brilliantine was the former writer for Dan’s Papers, Bridgehampton, NY, where he wrote the weekly gardening column for five years. He is a graduate of New York University, and has served on the Board of the Southampton Rose Society and the Liberty Humane Society.
LINDA SENAT
Linda Senat is the Associate Director of International Relations at the American Jewish Committee where she directs the diplomatic outreach program, which builds relationships with the UN and consular communities in order to better understand diplomats’ perspectives and positions on important international issues and create a framework for dialogue about critical Jewish concerns, including Israel and Antisemitism. Prior to joining AJC, she was with Deloitte & Touche in NY, working with companies expanding their activities internationally. As an international tax attorney, Ms. Senat focused on international business expansion and development. She has represented blue chip private corporations and consultancies and has broad international experience advising foreign governments on foreign investment legislation. She was also Executive Director of a European NGO, working with transition economy countries to modify their institutions and legislation. She brings to her work at AJC an understanding of and an ability to bridge diverse cultures, practices and attitudes.
